How to Join a 5TARS Match Arena

The heart of the 5TARS.io game lies within our Arenas, which are linked to real-time Football matches. With our free-to-play Arenas, we have combined the elements of Fantasy Football and Web3 gaming! Our new Arenas now feature the following features, which players can:

• Predict the final score of the match

• Predict which team will have the higher percentage of the ball during the match

• Predict which player will score the first goal

• Predict how many yellow or red cards will be given during the game

• Predict the number of corners during the game

Joining An Arena

You can join an arena by clicking on the "ARENAS" button at the top of the screen.

You'll be directed to a page containing various arenas for upcoming matches. You can filter the arenas by Competition.

Once you've found an arena that you'd like to play, you can click on "JOIN ARENA".

You can join an arena or edit your predictions at any time before the match goes live.

Placing Your Predictions - Predict The Score

Once you enter your chosen arena, you’ll be given your first prediction option, the final score. You can determine the final score using your knowledge of how well the teams and players have performed in previous matches, and how well you know the teams or their chances to win.

Placing Your Predictions - Predict Possession

The next prediction will be what percentage of the ball each team will have possession of, you can use your previous prediction of the final score, and the team’s previous match performance to help you determine the ball possession.

Placing Your Predictions - Predict The First Striker

Once you’ve placed those predictions, you’ll proceed to the next screen, where you’ll be provided with two options; you can predict who will score the first goal, from a list of players participating in the match from each team, or if you've predicted the score to be 0-0, you can select "No Goals".

If the first goal is an “own goal” it will not be taken into account. In this case, the second goal will be counted as the first.

Here you can determine who will score the first goal, or if there will be no goals.

Placing Your Predictions - Yellow & Red Cards and Corners

The final prediction will give you three options, the number of Yellow and Red Cards that will be given during the game, and the number of Corners that will be received.

Playing Your NFT Cards & Album

Once you’ve made your predictions, you’ll have the chance to play an NFT Card from your collection. You can only play cards from at least one of the teams participating in the match. You can play up to 9 cards per arena. NFT Cards can be used to boost your fantasy points.

You will need to purchase Training Sessions to play your Card in the Arena, which can be purchased in our Shop or earned from completing challenges.

Once you've finished placing your predictions and adding your Cards, you can proceed to join the Arena, once joined you will have the option to go back and edit your predictions or the cards you wish to play before the match goes live.
